By accessing and using the Seeds of New Beginnings website, Client Portal, scheduling appointments, or receiving any of our counseling, therapy, or support services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, Client Portal, or services.
Services Provided
Seeds of New Beginnings provides professional mental health counseling, addiction recovery, trauma support, anger management, and related behavioral health services. All services are provided by licensed and credentialed professionals in accordance with applicable Georgia state laws and regulations.
Client Portal
We offer a secure Client Portal where registered clients can upload and manage documents related to their care (such as intake forms, insurance cards, and identification). By using the Client Portal, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
- Upload only documents relevant to your care or requested by our staff
- Not attempt to access other clients' accounts or documents
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Client Portal accounts that violate these terms or are used inappropriately.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your health history and current condition
- Follow agreed-upon treatment plans and communicate openly with your counselor
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice of cancellation

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or discharge from services. Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Documents uploaded through the Client Portal are treated with the same level of confidentiality. Exceptions to confidentiality include situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, or when required by court order.
